Most Muddora furniture pieces are crafted upon order. Select small wooden décor items are available in limited ready stock and are dispatched separately.
When does production begin?
Production for made-to-order furniture begins after order confirmation and completion of payment.
How long does it take to manufacture furniture?
Estimated production timelines are mentioned on individual product pages. Timelines may vary slightly due to material availability or logistics conditions.
Can I customise dimensions or finishes?
Yes. We undertake custom projects. Please contact us to discuss feasibility before placing an order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, and once production or dispatch begins, cancellation is not possible.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials are used?
Our pieces are primarily crafted in solid wood. Material details are specified on individual product pages.
Will my product look exactly like the images?
Solid wood carries natural variations in grain, tone, and texture. No two pieces are identical. These variations are inherent characteristics and not defects.
Are colour differences normal?
Yes. Minor differences may occur due to natural wood variation and screen display settings.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Ready-stock décor items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order furniture follows the production timeline mentioned on the product page, followed by shipping time based on location.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, subject to courier serviceability in your pincode.
Where is delivery made?
Furniture deliveries are typically made to the ground floor or building entrance. Customers must ensure access for larger pieces, including lift availability where required.
How many delivery attempts are made?
Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the shipment may be returned and treated as a return.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, tracking details including the AWBnumber and courier partner information will be shared via email or message.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Return requests may be raised within 3 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Are made-to-order furniture pieces returnable?
Made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect item delivered, or transit damage.
What if my product arrives damaged?
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
How are approved returns processed?
Once the returned product passes inspection, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds to the original payment method?
Refunds to the original payment method may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or cancellation prior to production.
How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance
Payment & Safety
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD may be available for select pincodes. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Muddora does not store full card details.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for solid wood furniture?
Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Use a soft dry cloth for cleaning.
Can wood expand or develop minor changes overtime?
Wood is a natural material and may respond to humidity and temperature changes. Minor movement or variation is normal.
