Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Requests may be raised within 3 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and undamaged
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • All hardware, documentation, and components must be included

Customers must clearly specify the item(s) being returned. For partial returns, only approved items should be handed over to the pickup partner.

In certain pincodes, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, returns will be processed once the location becomes serviceable.

2. Important – Made-to-Order Furniture

Furniture crafted specifically upon order is not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Verified manufacturing or structural defect
  • Transit damage

3. Valid Conditions for Return / Exchange

Returns (for exchange or store credit only) are accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect Item Delivered

If the product received differs from the item ordered.

Manufacturing or Structural Defect

If the product has a genuine production defect or has sustained transit damage.

Natural variations in solid wood such as grain, shade, texture, or minor dimensional differences are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

4. Store Credit

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

  • Store credit equal to the product value will be issued
  • Valid for 3 months from date of issuance
  • Can be used for any future purchase on the website

Additional terms:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Two-way shipping charges may be deducted where applicable

5. Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are not standard.

They may be considered only in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Situations where exchange or replacement is not feasible
  • Cancellation prior to productionAll such cases are subject to review and approval.

6. Processing Timeline

Eligible returns are typically processed within 10 working days after the product reaches us and passes inspection.

7. Additional Conditions

Muddora reserves the right to decline complimentary returns where previous COD orders have been refused at the time of delivery.

8. Jurisdiction

In case of unresolved disputes, jurisdiction shall be Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
